Rates
Every groom is priced based on your dog's breed, coat type, coat condition, and size. Because no two dogs are the same, we can't provide an exact quote until we see your pet in person. Give us a call and we'll be happy to talk through pricing with you.

Yes, appointments are required for all grooming services. Scheduling in advance allows our groomer to dedicate the right amount of time to your pet and deliver the best possible results. Please be on time, as late arrivals can affect the groomer's schedule.
Absolutely. Our groomer has the patience and experience to work with elderly pets, pets with disabilities, and anxious or nervous dogs. Please mention any special needs when booking so we can make the appropriate accommodations.
Between 10 and 12 weeks is a great time for a puppy's first visit. It gives them a chance to get comfortable with the salon environment and become familiar with being handled by a professional groomer.
At this time we do not offer cat grooming, but hope to in the future.
The key is finding the right brush or comb for your dog's coat type and knowing how to use it properly. During your appointment, our groomer is happy to recommend tools and show you techniques to keep your pet looking their best at home.
It depends on your dog's breed, coat type, and desired style. Most dogs do well on a 6 to 8 week schedule, though some can go up to 12 weeks or longer. Our groomer will give you a personalized recommendation at your appointment.
Drop-off is generally between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Most pets are ready for pick-up between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you need a specific pick-up time, let our groomer know at drop-off and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Not necessarily. Grooming involves a thorough, up-close look at your pet, and our groomer may occasionally notice something you haven't - like a skin condition or other health concern. This is one of the real advantages of professional grooming. Rest assured, your pet's health and safety are always our top priority.
If your pet ever needs medical attention, our team acts quickly and consults with a veterinary provider to determine the best course of care. We work closely with local veterinary clinics and will always make every effort to bring your pet to their regular vet when possible. In urgent situations, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic without hesitation. Throughout any situation, we keep you informed every step of the way.
We don't have a veterinarian on-site, but we work closely with most area veterinary clinics. If your pet needs medical attention, we will contact your regular vet and transport your pet there or to an emergency hospital depending on the situation.
We require current vaccinations for all dogs, follow strict daily disinfecting protocols throughout all kennel and grooming areas, and our team is trained to spot early signs of illness and isolate any dog showing symptoms. Like any pet environment — vets, dog parks, groomers — some baseline exposure risk always exists, but our protocols are designed to keep it as low as possible.
Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella are required. K9 Influenza and fecal tests every 6 months are recommended. We can do fecal tests in house!
Cats: Rabies,FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia are required.
