Daycare

Our daycare program gives dogs a supervised environment where they can play, socialize, and enjoy outdoor time. With both group daycare and private daycare available, we can provide the right fit based on each dog’s temperament, energy level, and preferred pace.

Boarding

Dogs relax in one of our 95 heated and air-conditioned indoor pens, each offering access to a spacious covered outdoor run. Cats stay in 14 private, climate-controlled rooms, and we also care for small animals including guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, and sugar gliders.

Grooming & Bathing

We provide grooming and bathing services for boarding guests, daycare visitors, and walk-in clients. From baths, brush-outs, and nail trims to full haircuts, our trained groomer delivers professional care for dogs of all breeds.

What are your hours of operation near Southport?

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Closed 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for Lunch)
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Closed 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for Lunch)
Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Courtesy Hours)

Do you offer individual playtime or group play for dogs?

We offer both individual play sessions and group play, based on your dog’s personality and preferences.

What are the hours for boarding drop-off and pick-up?

You may drop off or pick up your dog any time during our open hours.

For daycare, we recommend dropping off before the start of your dog’s session so they can get the most out of their day. Our morning daycare session starts at 9:30 AM, and our afternoon daycare session starts at 2 PM.

For boarding, charges are based on calendar days. The day your pet checks in counts as the first day of boarding. Each additional day is also a boarding day. However, if you pick up before noon, you will not be charged for that final day.
