Our facility includes 95 climate-controlled indoor pens with covered outdoor runs, giving dogs room to settle in comfortably during their stay. Cats relax in 14 private, climate-controlled rooms, and we also care for small animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, and sugar gliders.

Grooming & Bathing

We offer full-service grooming and bathing for boarding guests, daycare dogs, and walk-in appointments. From simple baths and brush-outs to haircuts and nail trims, our trained groomer provides careful, professional service for dogs of all breeds.

What are the hours for boarding drop-off and pick-up?

You may drop off or pick up your dog any time during our open hours.

For daycare, we recommend dropping off before the start of your dog’s session so they can get the most out of their day. Our morning daycare session starts at 9:30 AM, and our afternoon daycare session starts at 2 PM.

For boarding, charges are based on calendar days. The day your pet checks in counts as the first day of boarding. Each additional day is also a boarding day. However, if you pick up before noon, you will not be charged for that final day.

Do you offer overnight boarding for pets near Avon?

Yes, we offer overnight boarding for dogs, cats, and small animals in our comfortable and secure facility.

How often do you clean the facilities?

We clean throughout the day, every day. Our team follows strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols across our kennel, daycare, and grooming areas, with regular cleaning of play areas, overnight spaces, food and water bowls, and bedding. Waste is cleaned up promptly as it happens, and deeper disinfecting is completed daily to help keep the facility clean, safe, and healthy for every pet in our care.
