Boarding

Our facility includes 95 climate-controlled indoor pens with covered outdoor runs, giving dogs room to settle in comfortably during their stay. Cats relax in 14 private, climate-controlled rooms, and we also care for small animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, and sugar gliders.

Grooming & Bathing

We offer full-service grooming and bathing for boarding guests, daycare dogs, and walk-in appointments. From simple baths and brush-outs to haircuts and nail trims, our trained groomer provides careful, professional service for dogs of all breeds.

What are your hours of operation near Plainfield?

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM & 1:30 PM–6:00 PM

Sunday: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM (Courtesy Hours)
Closed daily 12:30 PM–1:30 PM for lunch

What should I bring when boarding my pet?

We recommend bringing your pet’s regular food, treats, and any medications, vitamins, or supplements they take. You may also bring up to three toys per pen. For sanitation reasons, we provide all blankets, bedding, and food and water bowls. Please bring your pet in on a leash or in a carrier.

How often are pets fed during boarding?

Pets are fed according to their regular schedule, as provided by the owner.
